What We’re Building:
We’ve developed a proprietary and patent-pending technology at the crossroads of 3D printing and automated textile manufacturing. By skipping the flat 2D fabric stage, we can additively build custom apparel products from the ground up- straight from yarn to final product. At the same time, we're building the world's most technology-forward denim brand, and quickly picking up speed in both categories. We are looking for a creative and GSD intern to help design, research and curate kick-ass visuals to communicate unspun's brand narrative across our growing audience.

We're looking for someone who's not afraid to get their hands dirty and learn a ton in a leadership support role, someone who's innately curious and good at using visual media to communicate compelling messages and not afraid to think out of the box to the ins-and-outs of early-stage startup chaos.
What You’ll Do:
- execute on the design vision, working with vendors, in-house designers, and advisors
- manage multiple projects across time-zones
- assist in generating content across multiple channels and media; graphic, photo, and video
- manage social media & asset libraries
- assist in researching and implementing social media strategies
- work with external designers and other brands on collaboration opportunities
- a keen eye for design and visual storytelling
- strong attention to detail and biased toward action
- skilled in the Adobe Suite programs, Figma, and other design tools
- curiosity or work experience in fashion or marketing
- passionate to build a career that is international in scope
- a passion for fashion, innovation, and sustainability
- and is a loveable human being with an attitude and style

Duration & Compensation:
Cash compensation will be provided.
Our most important goal is to find the right person. We're flexible with timing, and happy to make this as short or as long of an internship / co-op as you like (And makes sense). Ideally starts last week, but you can suggest the next best time. We're flexible on the arrangement of this role, and can make it fit an early-career internship, an experienced professional's side-project, or anything in-between.

Originally spun out of Stanford and the University of Colorado, we now call downtown San Francisco home, with strong ties to Hong Kong.
